How do we offer customer support or insurance ID to millions of subscribers?
The reason why so many health insurance programs fail in Africa is because of bad or negative user’s experience: poor or no communication, no reliable health services, and fraud.
To combat the bad experiences Tiva provides excellent customer support along wtih ID cards to our subscribers. Tiva has built a network which enables our customers to safely buy, and get support and ID’s near their homes, shop vendors, or from the kiosk.

Revolutionizing Hospitals and pharmacies in Africa

What do we do if a country we want to operate in have no healthcare infrastructure modernized, digitized or organized?
Even if it meant for Tiva to be the one who will modernize it by visit each street, village mapping healthcare providers, pharmacies and installing software. We do it as an example in DR Congo here.
Our hospital management software (EMR/EHR) is installed in hospitals and pharmacies to manage their daily business operation. The system logs every transaction/service of members, as well as what treatments or tests they receive when hospitalized.
This helps us combat health insurance and medical fraud, which is the #1 killer of health insurance companies in Africa. It’s also the reason why health insurance is so expensive that the majority of the population cannot afford. By solving the fraud problem, we can now offer affordable health insurance to all.

We are continually working and expanding the software to further improve this integration process. We’re developing it with the help of the local doctors and their staff. Our goal is to develop a software that can be customizable to operate in each African country based on their regulations according to their ministry of health guidelines, medical codes (International), government reporting requirements and treatment guidelines, insurance requirements, medicine storage requirements, and street pharmacy and health workers’ education requirements. This is one-of-a-kind premier software using the latest technology and will be supported by an AI system.
