As the founder and CEO of RnD Associates, she leads a capacity-building organization that provides extensive training, community assessment, and program evaluation services across the DMV area. Her leadership extends to her role as Director of the Bunting Neighborhood Leadership Program at Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute, and as a Research Associate at the School of Medicine and Global Health Catalyst. Rebkha’s multifaceted professional journey is a testament to her commitment to fostering health, equity, and community resilience.
