The president-elect, Nana Akuffo-Addo has been sworn into office for a second four-year term as President of the Republic of Ghana.
The swearing-in of the president was conducted by the Chief Justice in Ghana, Kwasi Anin Yeboah. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo was given the mandate to govern Ghana the next four years from January 7, 2021 to January 6, 2025.
This was done by following the declaration by the Electoral Commission that Nana Addo Dankwa was the winner of the presidential election which was held on Monday, December 7, 2020.
