Experience Africa 2023, a grand celebration of African and Caribbean culture, unfolded at the prestigious American University Washington College of Law. The event proved to be a vibrant fusion of tradition, innovation, and creativity, bringing together diverse elements such as a dance performance, a food festival, an embassy and business expo, a fashion show, and much more. One of the highlights of this event was a mesmerizing dance performance by Andy Oke, Rey Lawson, Dora Osuala, and Joshua, which ingeniously drew inspiration from the popular Netflix series ‘Squid Game’.

The dance performance, in particular, stood out as a testament to the blend of tradition and modernity. Andy Oke, Rey Lawson, Dora Osuala, and Joshua, four incredibly talented dancers, took the stage to present a routine that seamlessly merged the iconic “red light, green light” game from the ‘Squid Game’ series with captivating choreography.
