The launch of the Cultural Scholarship Program further accelerates this shift—sending Saudi talent to top global institutions to master creative disciplines and return with world-class expertise.
And now, with the establishment of Riyadh University of Arts, Saudi Arabia is building a domestic pipeline of creative excellence, ensuring that talent is not just imported—but developed, scaled, and exported.
