KISII, KENYA – JUNE 2025 — In a nation hungry for healing, leadership, and vision, Dominion Life Ministries International (DLMI) and its flagship orphan care ministry, the Fathers Haven Foundation, came not merely with a message but with a mandate.
From June 11th through 14th, a Spirit-filled team led by Pastor Ayeshia Quainoo-Tefera, Pastor Eliza Boafo, and Prophet Kadmiel Van Der Puije left a divine imprint on the land and people of Kisii, Kenya, not only through preaching and teaching, but through their acts of service, prophetic presence, and unshakable love for orphans, leaders, and the next generation.
Rooted in its calling, Dominion Life Ministries International exists to bring people to the Cross to become true followers of Jesus Christ by establishing God’s Kingdom in their hearts and influencing society through the Word, prayer, soul winning, and the demonstration of God’s power on earth. Its vision: to gather saints, prepare them, and send them forth to fulfill the Great Commission.
Under this umbrella, Fathers Haven Foundation serves as DLMI’s commitment to the most vulnerable providing a safe home, compassionate care, and access to education for orphans and at-risk youth across Africa. With a bold vision to build strong communities where every child has the tools to lead a successful life, Fathers Haven doesn’t just rescue children it raises leaders.
This mission to Kenya was not a campaign. It was a covenant. And heaven smiled upon it.

June 11: Arrival in Kenya – A Journey of Purpose Begins
The team arrived in Nairobi, Kenya, on June 11th, full of faith and focus, before traveling westward to Kisii. This trip, which would later extend to Zambia, was part of DLMI’s continental commitment to raise leaders and build kingdom infrastructure across Africa. From the capital’s highways to Kisii’s winding hills, the team carried the Gospel not only in sermon, but in spirit.
June 12: A Heavenly Welcome at Fathers Haven Orphanage

The first ministry stop was at the Fathers Haven Children’s Home in Ogembo, Kisii County a home built by faith, led with love, and sustained by vision. As the DLMI team approached the entrance, they were stunned by a moving surprise: 54 orphaned children stood at the gate, singing, clapping, and dancing in joyous unison to welcome their guests.
That evening, the team served the children dinner personally, sitting with them, laughing with them, praying over them. It wasn’t a photo op. It was family.
“We were not just greeted,” said Pastor Ayeshia. “We were ushered into the heart of heaven.”
June 13: Leadership Summit, Football Showdown & National TV Interview
June 13th was filled with fire and fun.
The day opened with a Dominion Life Ministries International Church Leadership Meeting, where over 200 pastors and Christian leaders gathered to receive practical equipping and spiritual impartation.

Pastor Eliza Boafo reminded the leaders that their voice carries generational weight:
“Your altar is not just a platform, it’s a lifeline. What you build will either set people free or keep them bound.”
Pastor Ayeshia Quainoo-Tefera challenged the leaders to build churches that don’t just grow in numbers, but deepen in love, accountability, and discipleship.

Prophet Kadmiel Van Der Puije closed the summit with a prophetic charge, calling the Kenyan Church to awaken from spiritual routine and step boldly into its national and continental assignment.

That Evening: The Premier League Came to Kisii
That night, the spirit of joy overflowed as the children of Fathers Haven split into four football teams, proudly representing Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester United for an epic in-house tournament under the stars.

The match was hilariously and enthusiastically moderated by Prophet Kadmiel & Benaiah Tefera, whose live commentary had the children, staff, and guests laughing and cheering throughout. Every kick, goal, and foul was turned into a moment of celebration.
“The children didn’t just play they soared,” Kadmiel later said. “This was joy therapy. This was freedom in motion.”
In the end, Team Liverpool emerged victorious, lifting a shiny gold trophy to the sound of thunderous applause. As part of the celebration, the winning team received official Liverpool jerseys and snacks, turning their victory into a full-on championship experience.

Getembe TV Interview: Kisii Hears the Vision
That same evening, after the football festivities, Rev. Nchaga Sagana, Pastor Ayeshia, and Prophet Kadmiel were invited for a live television interview on Getembe TV, one of the leading regional media platforms in Kenya.

June 14: Church Conference Before the Young Leaders Conference
The next morning, DLMI hosted a powerful church conference, preparing the spiritual ground ahead of the major youth gathering later that day.
Rev. Nchaga Sagana Samfan, Lead Pastor of Living Water Temple and Director of Fathers Haven, opened the conference with a prophetic word declaring Kisii as a birthing ground for revival.

Joseph Sagana, Fathers Haven’s local coordinator, shared deeply personal testimonies of the children whose lives have been saved, restored, and transformed through the consistent love of DLMI and community partners.

Prophet Kadmiel released a fierce word, confronting spiritual apathy and calling the church to deeper prayer and national relevance:

“Kenya doesn’t need more events it needs more encounters. Your altar must be an answer to your city.”

Pastor Eliza Boafo followed with a heartfelt message, especially to women and caregivers, encouraging them to embrace the mantle of nurturing and spiritual leadership:

“Every home you raise, every child you hug, every prayer you whisper, heaven records it all. You are not invisible. You are the backbone of revival.”

Pastor Ayeshia Quainoo-Tefera concluded the church service with a deep, Spirit-led sermon that brought many to tears. Her words were measured, weighty, and full of grace, calling the people to rebuild the walls of their faith and take responsibility for the sheep God has entrusted them.

The altar filled with people seeking God, recommitting to the work of ministry, and laying down burdens that had held them back. The presence of God was undeniable.

A Movement, Not Just a Mission
As the DLMI team prepared to head to Zambia, their time in Kisii left a trail of healing, laughter, conviction, and joy.
From feeding and praying with orphans, to training over 200 leaders, to watching children light up with football glory and jersey pride, this was the Gospel made visible.
“We didn’t come to preach and leave, We came to plant, to pour, and to stay in spirit.” said Pastor Ayeshia.
“This is what ministry looks like when love is the strategy,” added Prophet Kadmiel.
