UAE Ministry of Youth has developed one of the most advanced and structured youth governance systems globally. Through the Federal Youth Authority and the National Youth Agenda 2031, the UAE has institutionalized youth as a core driver of national development, economic growth, and global influence.

Under the leadership of Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, the UAE is advancing a model that integrates youth into policy, innovation, and international engagement. This includes direct participation in governance, structured leadership pipelines, and access to global platforms.

The National Youth Agenda 2031 outlines a clear objective: to position Emirati youth as global contributors to economic growth, social development, and international influence. It focuses on developing skills, strengthening national identity, enhancing participation, and ensuring long-term quality of life.

This is not a policy framework alone.

It is an operational system.

Youth as a Strategic Pillar of UAE Vision 2031

The UAE’s youth strategy is fully aligned with Vision 2031.

Under Forward Society, youth are prepared to lead through education, identity, and capability development. Through Forward Economy, they are integrated into entrepreneurship, SMEs, and emerging industries. The Forward Diplomacy pillar ensures youth participation in international delegations and global engagement, while Forward Ecosystem provides access to innovation, digital transformation, and future industries.

The UAE has created a system where youth are not passive beneficiaries of development.

They are active drivers of it.

Africa’s Youth Reality: Scale Without Structured Systems

Africa represents the largest youth population globally. This demographic reality will define global labor markets, innovation, and economic growth for decades.

However, while talent is abundant, structured systems for leadership development, global exposure, and institutional engagement remain uneven.

This creates a strategic gap.

The UAE has developed a scalable youth model.

Africa represents a region where this model can be extended through partnerships focused on leadership, skills, and global integration.

The Strategic Bridge being The Voice of Africa (TVOA)

The Voice of Africa (TVOA), led by Kadmiel Van Der Puije, operates as a multi-platform ecosystem connecting Africa to global institutions across media, youth development, tourism, and investment.

This positioning has been validated internationally. Kadmiel was recognized by the Misk Foundation through the “Misk 20 Under 30” initiative, highlighting leadership in youth engagement and global development.

TVOA functions as a bridge—translating African youth potential into structured opportunities while enabling institutions to engage Africa effectively.

This ensures that TVOA is not only connecting African youth to opportunities, but doing so in alignment with a proven national model.

Conclusion:
